Today I've officially launched my new website!! The reason for the redesign and completely new look and feel is because my original site sank into the abyss when my host's servers fried (www.funender.com) and lost everything. Stil no offer of refunds either!
Anyway, so here we are. Maybe a blessing in disguise? Could be. I think the new site will kick ass... as I now have the power of a flash site! This is going to be pretty darned cool.
Again, I'm sorry to all of you who've been wondering where my site disappeared to over the last week. I hope you've found your way here safe and sound. Well after smashing my head against a wall for weeks wondering how in hell I was going to start making music videos, i've finally bitten the proverbial bullet and dove head first in to Adobe After Effects. What a crazy program. But I have to say... once you start to get the hang of it, it's an incredible creative tool for video and motion graphics. Just what the doctor ordered! (I have weird doctors). With the help of session guitar player John Konkov, the original song Fall For Me has been re-recorded and taken to a completely new level! A favorite has just gotten a whole lot better! be sure and let me know what you think!!!!!

The subject matter of the song can be interpreted in many ways, like most of my works, so I will let it touch you in the way you want it to rather than me telling you what I wrote about. Hey hey everybody!
I dug a few older songs out of the archives and remastered them as best i could to make the recordings sound at least half decent. I will probably record these songs over again at some point, but I just thought they were such interesting songs that you'd enjoy them anyway :) The 2 new additions are "Silly Games" and "In A Lifetime". We're going back in time a bit with these songs, and you'll see how my style and sound has really evolved!
I'd love your feedback!
Also, remixed and mastered are "Ghost Of You", "Let Go", "I Belong" and "Is There Something I Can Say" and are no longer in the free downloads section. Sorry folks... but recording music isn't exactly cheap lol, so whatever I can get helps.

I had submitted the song Losing You to Recording Magazine for consideration in their review section of the magazine a few months back. Well much to my surprise and elation, as i was browsing through the May 2009 edition (Volume 22, number eight) I was shocked to see that I was chosen for review, and was very well commented on. They also gave me some constructive criticism, which is important, but they loved my voice and my recording chops as well as the song. Here's a little bit of info I came across doing some research on the TV series i got my song placement on. :

"Durham County season one has been acquired by 110 territories worldwide, including leading broadcasters in America (ION Network), Australia (Showcase Channel), Germany (RTL), Italy (Fox Channels) and Latin America (NBC Universal)"

This is incredible, especially for my first placement gig! Season 2 of Durham County is airing soon, but unfortunately I didn't get a song placed on season 2. But I'm happy with what I've accomplished with season 1 that's for sure!!! Wish me luch trying to get more song placements on other shows everyone! :D:D Keep your fingers and toes crossed!

Hello everyone,

Well, I signed a deal with multi-platinum producer Mark Berry for promotion, development and licensing. Mark is the perfect person to take me under his wing. He's a brilliant businessman and knows anybody and everybody that needs to be known in this business. He has already gotten me a blanket license deal with MTV for my debut album HUMAN in the first 2 weeks. Now, he's testing the waters to get a deal me a deal with Samsung, of which I'm not at liberty to discuss at the moment, but it's big and will make me a very happy boy =). I've paid my dues... Time for someone to return the dime. It's going to be an incredible year, so watch and wait because I want you all to share the excitement with me! I'll keep you up to date here or on my blog. Rollercoaster- Paul Grenier
At first listen this song brings to mind bands like Duran Duran at their best,
at least the more mellow ballads, like "when you come undone"
At 3:16 the song is long enough to get the idea across. With a bit of the playfulness
of the vocalist resembling Andy Bell from Erasure.. The song gets the
point across. The song would find a successful market in Europe.
with a more sophisticated crowd that has a higher taste for good content!.
Unfortunately and fortunately, the song's audience is a more mature 
group of folks, I think the crowd that listens to singers like Jarvis Cocker,
The Verve or more lately Richard Ascroft, would understand where you are coming from. Like I said the unfortunate thing is that the subject matter of your song is not the type of things american program directors like. But a more sophisticated U.K crowd would dig!
